Hi! My name is Shannon Jones. I graduated from A&M with a degree in International Studies and began working at South Spring in March of 2020 as the Ministry Team Coordinator. I grew up in Dallas, Texas with 4 brothers (2 older and 2 younger). Since we were young my family has travelled the world together, our adventures cultivated in me a love for other cultures and understanding people different than myself!
In recent years my favorite places to spend time in are Japan and Spain. While I will always have a travel bug I am enjoying staying put in Texas which will always be home for me.
I was drawn to ministry as a teenager through my involvement with High School Bible classes and Watermark Community Church. Since then I have been able to study at Pine Cove’s Discipleship program The Forge and serve in various roles at Pine Cove and Christ Chapel Bible Church. My favorite part of working in ministry is bringing people together, creating fun experiences for others, and getting to see others grow in Christ-likeness!
