About this Workshop
This session is open to anyone currently experiencing a season of waiting or who knows a friend, family member, or coworker who is experiencing infertility, waiting to adopt, miscarriage, or loss.
1 in 6 women experience infertility, 1 in 4 experience miscarriage.
In this session, we’ll explore the nature of God and how understanding Him can shape our perspective during times of waiting. Join us to find refreshment, encouragement, and practical tools for navigating your own season of waiting or supporting someone else who is. We believe that God can use our pain for a greater purpose.
About this Workshop
If you’re wiped out from being in the “wiping” stage of parenting (wiping noses, counters, bottoms, hands, etc.), then this session is for you. You’ve heard it said, “the days are long, but the years are short.” Come learn how to navigate the long days of parenting littles with an eternal perspective. We’ll look at how we can treasure the fleeting season of having toddlers and elementary kids and turn even the mundane into an act of worship. Are you wiped out or worshipful? (Spoiler: you can be both!)
About this Workshop
I want to offer us all a cultural context to the event that changed the world. An event we are regularly impacted by but cannot yet fully understand the weight of until we more fully grasp the practice that was woven into the life of the people that the event happened to. If we don’t grasp Passover, we don’t get Jesus. Because He chose this meal of remembrance to explain what was about to happen. This is how Jesus explained the meaning of his death to his followers.
My mother is Jewish and I grew up celebrating the Passover. When I started following Jesus, I became passionate about offering this context to believers raised to know, but maybe not experience, the Bible. Would you join me in participating in the Passover as Jesus’ disciples did?
