Breathe new life into your body with movement meant to warm the muscles, connect your soul to your body, and stretch your relationship with yourself and the Lord. Wear comfortable clothes easy for movement and bring a yoga mat if you have one. In this 45 minute barre and stretching class, you will move your body quickly to start and slow down as the class progresses. This is a low impact movement class designed for all ages. Modifications will be demonstrated throughout class to accommodate all different levels of strength and healing your body may need. The class will end with quiet time for your mind and body. Here is where you are invited to rest in the Lord.

In this hands-on workshop we will make beautiful, homemade candles. You can choose your vessel and essential oils to create your own personal scent. You can also include dried herbs and crushed flowers to finish out your candle.

We will complete an easy craft to decorate the cover of a spiral notebook using the Woven theme from Colossians 2:2-3. It is a time to encourage connection with God and one another.
